Please contact me any time with enquiries that you may have via e-mail or by phone during business hours.
For accurate quoting regarding Wedding Invitations, it is essential that you have a good idea of the quantities and stationery items you require. This quoting process can take up to 3 working days as there are many variables involved such as sizing, paper type, typesetting and quantities.
Ordering Process:
1) To begin work I prefer to receive a 50% deposit of the total quote price (an invoice for the amount will be sent).
2) The Bride and Groom will need to supply Handmade By Joanne with all Wedding Details that are applicable ie; Invitation Wording and Names, Envelope Names/Addresses, Thank you card wording, Place Card Names, Ceremony Booklet, Menu Details etc.
Please note: It is important to supply these lists/documents in either Word or Excel Format in exactly the way you would like to see it printed ie; Font Style, Upper or Lower Case, Bold, Spelling etc.
3) I will send you Preliminary Artwork/ Layout based on your requests via mail (or other if preferred). Through your feedback I will then make changes (if needed) as many times as necessary to meet your requirements.
Please note: It is important to have a clear idea of the type of design you are after, as well as to stay in regular contact with Handmade By Joanne at this time in order to meet your preferred completion date. I will do my best to keep you on track!
4) Once all the necessary amendments are complete I will then send you all Final Invitation Files for you to thoroughly proof read.
5) When you are satisfied with your wedding stationery you will then need to reply to the Final Invitation Files e-mail requesting for printing to go ahead.
6) The printing process will commence from the date of your reply to go ahead and will require 10-15 working days, depending on the detail involved.
7) You will then be contacted once the job is complete to arrange either a pick up or delivery, upon which the final payment will be required.
