| Prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are inclusive of specifications on the product page, printing, assembly and personalisation.

Should you wish to proceed, 50% of quoted amount is payable in advance before production begins, with balance payable upon completion, prior to delivery or within time agreed. Payment of the 50% deposit indicates your acceptance of our Policy Terms & Conditions and confirms your order with Handmade By Joanne. The order only becomes active once deposit is made which can be made by the nominated payment methods.
**If quantities or other details change during production please advise us as soon as possible as this may affect costs and turnaround times.
We accept credit card transactions only through paypal, direct deposit, money order or cash if dealing directly with the client.

| Prior to printing, the client will proof read the invitation wording, supply correct details of guests and sign off artwork via email or other preferred method. Handmade By Joanne is not liable thereafter for any errors or incorrect information provided and corrections will incur an additional fee. If an error occurs to the fault of Handmade By Joanne please notify us ASAP for your order to be corrected and delivered free of charge.

| PLEASE NOTE: Handmade By Joanne ensures your order will be finalised by the agreed time and orders stock in advance to do so. Should you cancel your order and goods have already been purchased and paid for, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please ensure if changes arise to advise Handmade By Joanne immediately where possible, especially around holiday seasons.
If you decide not to proceed any further you shall forfeit your deposit, this will cover costs incurred by Handmade By Joanne.
If the order has already been completed, full payment is required within the 7 working day period after an invoice has been issued.
If the order has not commenced and stock has not been ordered, you shall receive a full refund of monies paid.
No refunds are given after delivery.
